Telix Pharmaceuticals has agreed to acquire ITM in a major radiopharmaceutical transaction valued at $1.65 billion upfront, with up to a further $700 million linked to regulatory and commercial milestones.

The FDA has approved Telix's Pixclara as the first FET-PET imaging agent in the United States for evaluating glioma, providing a new tool to help distinguish tumour progression from treatment-related changes.
