Overview

  • Redemption of all nuaxia honoraria is now processed via our honorarium administrator, Tremendous, Inc.

  • When you choose the incentive type, that incentive provider will have a contractual obligation to you to fulfil the incentive.

  • All questions following issuance are now administered by emailing help@tremendous.com (please include your 'Reward ID' from your honorarium email in the subject line).

The Four Step Honoraria Process

   1. Payments are normally processed in 2 weeks time following survey close.

   2. You will then receive an email from rewards@tremendous.com. Click 'View Reward' and the redemption webpage will open

   3. After clicking 'Redeem' you will be presented with the payment options relevant to your country. Please double-check the displayed country and change if needed.

   4. Following your selection you will receive an email with your honoraria of choice and detailed instructions on it's use.

When will I receive payment?


Payments are normally processed in 2 weeks time following survey close.




2 weeks have passed and I have not received my payment.


Honoraria emails are sent from rewards@tremendous.com. Sometimes, these emails get diverted into your spam folder. If you still cannot locate your email please get in touch with our colleague at anna@nuaxia.com and she will investigate further.




I received my email and my redemption region is not set correctly.


Your honoraria will be allocated to the country that is selected so having the right one is crucial. In some cases when you are using privacy protection (e.g. VPN), your country will not be detected correctly. You can select your actual country from the dropdown menu on the honoraria selection window.




I received my honoraria email and I have a question about my chosen payment method.


Questions after redeeming your honoraria will be addressed by our honorarium administrator at help@tremendous.com.
Please include your Reward ID from your honoraria email as reference.




I have received an incorrect payment.

How can I redeem my account balance?


You may request a payout of your balance in full or in part anytime by sending an email to anna@nuaxia.com. We will process your payment within two weeks following your request.
