Delete Your nuaxia Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to permanently delete your nuaxia account, please follow the steps below.

1. How to Request Deletion

 

To ensure your request is processed smoothly:

  1. Send an email to support@nuaxia.com.

  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

  3. In your message, please include the email address linked to your nuaxia account. This is essential for us to identify and verify your account.

Tip: If you use a different email to send the request, please clearly state the registered nuaxia email in your message.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

 

When your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

  • Your account credentials (username, password).

  • Any authentication tokens linked to your account.

  • Your contact details will be removed from our emailing lists and marketing communications.

Important: Once deleted, your account access and login details cannot be restored. If you want to use nuaxia again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

 

3. What Data Is Not Deleted

 

As a B2B organization, nuaxia operates under a legitimate interest basis for certain types of data. This means:

  • Your name, professional details, and business email address may remain in our HCP database to support activities such as research and analysis about the provision of healthcare and public interest purposes.

  • You have the right to object to this processing at any time. If you object, we will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights.

 

In addition, some information may be retained in limited circumstances:

  • Anonymized or aggregated data: Used for reporting or research, and cannot be traced back to you.

  • Legal or regulatory obligations: Certain records may be kept to comply with audit, tax, or compliance requirements.

  • Backup systems: Data may temporarily remain in backup storage but will be automatically purged according to our retention schedule.

 

Rest assured:

  • You will no longer receive nuaxia marketing communications or member updates.

  • None of your personal information will be sold or shared for promotional purposes.

We will process your request as quickly as possible. Account deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been processed.
